Who handles your data

What we collect, only when you give it

The site asks for nothing until you fill in the contact form. The form collects your name, your email, the name of your place if you give it, your message and the language of the page.

If you add our LINE Official Account, we see your LINE display name and the messages you send us. LINE (LY Corporation) handles the rest under its own policy.

What we do not collect

No advertising trackers, no profiling, no resale of your data.

The server that delivers the pages keeps a technical log of requests, IP address included, like any web server. It is used to diagnose a failure, not to follow you.

Audience measurement

The site counts its visits with Umami, a tool hosted on our own server. No audience data goes to Google or any other third party.

Umami sets no cookie and stores nothing in your browser. It does not follow you from one visit to the next and builds no profile. It records, in aggregate: the page viewed, its address parameters (including campaign tags), the referring page, the country, the type of device and the browser.

It also counts a few actions: which contact button was clicked, and the fact that the form was sent. What you write in the form never goes through it.

What is stored in your browser

Choosing a language sets a cookie named agd_lang that only holds a language code (en, ja or fr), for one year. Without it, a visitor whose browser is in Japanese and who clicks “EN” would be sent back to the Japanese version. It holds no personal data.

Third-party resources

The photos of the concepts are loaded from Unsplash (images.unsplash.com), which therefore receives your IP address, as with any resource served by a third party.

The fonts are hosted on this site: no request goes to Google Fonts.

Who receives your data

What you send through the form goes to our automation server, which forwards it by email to alexandre@agdevelopment.co (Google Workspace) and as a notification on Telegram, so that we can reply quickly.

Your data is never sold, rented or passed on for advertising. Google and Telegram are based outside Japan, which means your data is transferred abroad.

Our clients’ data

One of our services connects a business’s tools and gathers its customers in a single list. In that case we process data on behalf of our clients, not for ourselves.

These lists belong to the business, are opened in its name and stay with it if it leaves us. Each client’s contract sets the framework.

How long we keep it

Twenty-four months without any exchange with you, then deletion.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw your consent.
